Christal L. Caudill

Bio

  • Panel Chapter 7 Trustee for Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, one of the youngest to be named a Chapter 7 Trustee. In this capacity she presides over Chapter 7 cases and, as a result, is able to offer our clients a unique perspective when determining their bankruptcy options.

John Sherrod

Bio

  • John is one of the few attorneys in the country that has successfully overturned foreclosures for his clients on the grounds that a lender has illegally engaged in foreclosure practices. Even when a distressed homeowner contacts Jump Legal Group, LLC mere days before a scheduled sheriff’s sale or eviction, John’s 11th hour court filings often result in cancellation of a foreclosure sheriff’s sale or eviction.  He is a seasoned litigator and has been featured in interviews by Bloomberg News, The Wall Street Journal, and The Columbus Dispatch.
